Once again, I am Rachel Ilagan, the founder and CEO of Reizhelle Communications. Before founding RCC, I spent the last 6 years working as the Head of Innovation with RCC’s affiliate company SSI based out of the Philippines.

  • Led the research and national implementation of multiple tech platforms to improve communication and operations
  • Co-ordinated education platforms for over 400 individuals to improve their skills to re-enter the workforce.
  • Created and implemented company marketing campaigns resulting in a 30% YoY increase in client acquisition.
